
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – thick Mango puree
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Mango essence (optional)
• 1 tbsp – agar agar powder
• 1/4 cup – water

Method:
- Heat water in a pan and add agar agar powder, whisk until they get well dissolved.
- Meanwhile, mix together the mango puree, sugar and mango essence in a blender.
- Pour immediately the agar agar water and give a stir.
- Pour this mango puree in any bowl or silicon mould and keep in fridge for 2 hours.
- While serving sprinkle confection’s sugar and chocolate powder over the jelly and serve it.
