Ingredients:

• 400 g – Mango puree
• 500 ml – Yoghurt
• Sugar to taste
• diced Mango to garnish
• a few drops of vetiver essence

Method:

  1. Put the ingredients for the lassi, except the diced mango pieces, in a blender.
  2. Make a smooth puree.
  3. Garnish with dices of mango and serve chilled.
