Ingredients:

• 2 – ripe mangoes
• 6-10 – Red Chillies (as per taste)
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• Curry leaves – few
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes, add salt as per taste and keep aside.
  2. Fry the red chillies in a little oil.
  3. Make a paste of grated coconut, red chillies and 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
  4. Add this to the mango cubes and mix well. Add curd to this.
  5. Add salt if required and mix well.
  6. Heat oil in a pan, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, when they splutter add the curry leaves and pour it over the mango pachadi.
