Ingredients:

• 3 to 4 – Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp – Onion
• 1 tbsp – Capsicum
• 1 tbsp – Carrot
• 1 tbsp – Corn
• 1 tsp – Butter
• salt, pepper and Sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Puree the tomatoes, strain and keep aside.
  2. Heat butter, saute all the vegetables and the tomato puree. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add salt, pepper and sugar. Serve hot.
