
Ingredients:
• 8 pieces- boneless Chicken
• Oil (for deep frying)
• 2- eggs
• 1/4 cups- bread crumbs
• Make paste of:
• 1 tbsp- Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tbsp- Corn flour
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp- Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp- Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp- Garam Masala
• 1 tsp- Green chilli paste
• 1 tbsp- Onion paste
• 1 tbsp- Olive oil
• 1/2 cup- Coriander leaves (ground to a paste)
Method:
- Slit the chicken pieces and coat the inside and outside with the paste.
- Keep aside for 4-5 hours.
- Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites till frothy, then blend in egg yolks.
- Heat oil for frying.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot.
