Ingredients:
• 350 g – Arbi
• 2 tbsp – minced Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Pomegranate seeds
• breadcrumbs for coating
• oil for frying
Method:
- Boil, peel and mash Arbi. Add chilli powder, coriander seeds, pomegranate seeds, chillies and salt. Mix well.
- Shape into oval shaped rolls. Coat with breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry rolls in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
