Ingredients:

• 1 cup , chopped Bhindi
• 2 tbsp – Besan
• 1/2 cup – Chopped Onions
• 2 tsps – Chopped Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Cumin
• 1 tsp – Mustard
• A pinch – Asafoetida
• Salt
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• A dash – Lemon juice
• Oil

Method:

  1. Take oil in a pan and add cumin, mustard and asafoetida.
  2. After they splutter, add chopped onions and cook until they become brown.
  3. Then add chopped bhindi, green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
  4. Add besan and cook well.
  5. Finally, add garam masala and lemon juice.
