Ingredients:
• Big Crab – 6
• Onion paste – 1/4 cup
• Ginger Garlic paste – 1/4 cup
• Tomato Puree – 1/2 cup
• Curd – 1/4 cup
• Water – 1 cup
• Whole Garam Masala (4 – cardamom, 2 cloves, 1 inch – cinnamon)
• Jeera – 2 tsps
• Bay Leaves – 2
• Garam Masala – 2 tsps
• Turmeric powder – 2 tsps
• Salt as per taste
• Fresh Coriander for garnishing
Method:
- Clean the crab and boil it for 2 minutes. Take only the fleshy parts for cooking.
- Heat a pan and add bay leaves, jeera and whole garam masala to it.
- Add onion paste, garlic-ginger paste, turmeric and tomato puree in it. Saute.
- Now add curd and salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and the crab.
- Mix all and fry them well. Add water and cover and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or parathas.
