Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Milk
• 2.5 tsp – Sugar (or as per taste)
• 1 inch stick – Cinnamon
• 3 – Cloves
• 2 – Cardamom
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – powdered Pistachios
• Few strands – Saffron
Method:
- Combine milk, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves together (or you can grind them coarsely and add to the milk) and boil it in a vessel.
- Switch off the stove.
- Discard the spices by filtering the milk.
- Add rest of the ingredients and serve hot after dinner.
