Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – big Prawns
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying.
Method:
- Clean, de-vein and wash the prawns well.
- Marinate the prawns with the ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, vinegar, lemon juice and salt and set it aside for one hour.
- Heat oil in a pan till smoky and fry the prawns till golden brown.
- Drain and serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
