Ingredients:

• 4 cups – Rice
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Seasoning:
• Mustard Seeds
• Cumin seeds
• Split Pigeon Peas
• Split black gram
• 2 medium – Onions
• 5 – Chillies
• little – Mint
• Coriander paste
• Curry leaves
• Ginger-Garlic Paste
• 1/4 tbsp – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Curry powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 big size – Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp – Masala

Method:

  1. Boil rice, and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil. Add seasoning and curry leaves.
  3. Add onions. Fry till brown. Then add chillies, tomatoes, mint, coriander paste, ginger-garlic paste and turmeric, curry powder and salt.
  4. Heat for 5-8 min and mix with rice.
