Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• 4 to 5 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 2 tsp – grated Coconut
• 1/2 cup – water
• Finely chopped coriander (few sprigs)
• 1 – finely chopped Onion
• 1 bunch – finely chopped dill or sabaki soppu
• Finely chopped Curry leaves (few springs)
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients with rice flour and enough water (hot water) to make smooth dough. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Take a small ball of dough and start pressing from the middle to the end on a tava into a round shape. Sprinkle oil alongside.
- Cook for 5 to 10 min or until it gets cooked.
- Have it with pumpkin palya, butter and sunflower seed chutney.
