Ingredients:
• 10 – Egg roll wrappers
• 2 tbsp – white Sesame seed
• 2 tbsp – Poppy Seeds
• 4 tsp – fried gram
• Fried Coconut powder/fry grated Coconut
• 8 tsp – Sugar
• 10 – cashews
• 1/2 tbsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Fry sesame seeds and poppy seeds separately till it gets light brown.
- Mix all ingredients (except for egg roll) and powder it using a mixer. Take one sheet egg roll wrapper cut a big circle shape using a circular lid (cut as big as you can).
- Keep 2 to 3 spoons of mixed stuffing in the middle of the cut circle.
- Close it as semi circle; stick the ends with a paste of maida and water.
- Deep fry the stuffed semi-circles.
