
Ingredients:
• 4 – Sweet Potatoes (peeled and sliced thinly)
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
• Chaat masala – 1 tbsp (or as per need)
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Wash the sliced sweet potatoes and spread them for a few minutes over a kitchen towel.
- Heat enough oil, drop gently the slices one by one and fry until they turn crispy.
- Remove the chips from oil, drain the excess of oil with a paper towel.
- Sprinkle immediately the red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt, give a quick toss and continue frying the remaining uncooked chips.
- Conserve in an airtight box.
