Ingredients:

• 4 – Sweet Potatoes (peeled and sliced thinly)
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
• Chaat masala – 1 tbsp (or as per need)
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the sliced sweet potatoes and spread them for a few minutes over a kitchen towel.
  2. Heat enough oil, drop gently the slices one by one and fry until they turn crispy.
  3. Remove the chips from oil, drain the excess of oil with a paper towel.
  4. Sprinkle immediately the red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt, give a quick toss and continue frying the remaining uncooked chips.
  5. Conserve in an airtight box.
