
Ingredients:
• 1 lb – shelled and deveined Prawns
• .5 tsp – Cajun spice
• Salt to taste
• Oil
• Lemon juice to taste
• 3 tbsp – chopped Cilantro
• 1 tsp – Ghee
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add prawns, salt and Cajun spice mix and stir for 2 mins.
- Add cilantro and lemon juice, stir and cook it for 1 min.
- Turn off the heat.
- Add ghee and serve warm.
- Serve with rotis or parathas.
