
Ingredients:
• 4 cup – whole masoor dal (soaked overnight)
• 2 – medium sized Potato
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1 – finely chopped Onions
• 2 to 3 Cloves – finely chopped Garlic
• 3 to 4 – finely chopped green chilles
• coriander, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – chat masala
• salt to taste
Method:
- Add potato, garlic, chillies with dal and pressure cook this for about 3-4 whistles with very little water.
- Mash it all and add pepper, garam masala, onion and coriander and salt to taste. Mix well and make round shaped kebabs with it.
- Deep fry.
- Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
