Ingredients:

• 4 cup – whole masoor dal (soaked overnight)
• 2 – medium sized Potato
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1 – finely chopped Onions
• 2 to 3 Cloves – finely chopped Garlic
• 3 to 4 – finely chopped green chilles
• coriander, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – chat masala
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add potato, garlic, chillies with dal and pressure cook this for about 3-4 whistles with very little water.
  2. Mash it all and add pepper, garam masala, onion and coriander and salt to taste. Mix well and make round shaped kebabs with it.
  3. Deep fry.
  4. Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
