
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Mutton
• 2 cup – onion, finely sliced
• 1.5 cup – black Masoor (whole), washed and drained
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – sambar powder
• 3 green chillies, slit
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – Lime juice
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut mutton into bite size pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker.
- Fry onion till light brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry till fragrant.
- Add all the powders, fry for few seconds.
- Add mutton, Masoor, tomato and green chillies. Add salt to taste.
- Add about 3 cups of water and pressure cook for 20 minutes.
- Add lime juice and serve hot with steamed rice or Chapathi.
