Ingredients:

• 500 g khoya
• 300 g powdered Sugar
• 1 tsp Cardamom powder
• 2 sheets silver foil (edible)

Method:

  1. Mash khoya and mix it with the sugar.
  2. Put into a heavy saucepan and cook on slow flame, stirring continuously.
  3. Cook till the mixture gathers into a very soft lump.
  4. Place on a work top and roll with a rolling pin to 1/2 inch thickness.
  5. Cool a little. Spread the silver foil carefully on it.
  6. Cut into any shape or size you like.
