Ingredients:

• Flour (maida)- 1 cup
• Mava – 1 cup
• Sugar- 1 cup
• Butter – 1/2 cup
• Milk – 1/3 cup
• Baking powder -1/4 tsp
• eggs -2
• Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a bowl and whisk the cream, sugar and the butter till fluffy.
  2. Now mix the milk and khoya and keep aside.
  3. Beat the eggs and add to the creamed mixture and blend in the mava and cardamom powder.
  4. Put the refined flour and baking powder into a strainer and sieve it.
  5. Fold the sieved flour mix with the mixture and blend it well.
  6. Grease a tray and pour this mixture and bake for 20 min.
