Ingredients:
• 2 cups – raw Rice
• 1.5 cups – grated Jaggery
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 2 tsp – grated coconut.
Method:
- Wash the rice and soak it for 10-15 mins
- Drain the water and spread the rice in a clean white cloth.
- Powder in a mixer and sieve the flour to a smooth flour.
- Mix the rice flour with the grated jaggery, cardamom powder and grated coconut
- Knead the dough and make small cup out of the dough and pour ghee in the space and put the wick.
- Now the mavilaku mavu is ready for pooja.
