
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef or Mutton
• 2 – onions, sliced finely
• 1/2 cup – red gram dal
• 3 – green chillies, sliced
• 2 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 – onions, sliced finely
• 3 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – ground Coconut
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder.
Method:
- Heat oil in a vessel and fry the onions and green chillies for some time.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.
- Add the meat and all the other ingredients and fry till the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add the coconut and dhal and mix well.
- Add sufficient water and cook till the meat is done.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
