Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Beef or Mutton
• 3 – radishes, chopped
• 2 – onions, chopped finely
• 1 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 3 tbsp – Coconut paste
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Scrape and cut the potato into medium size pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or a pressure cooker and fry the onions well.
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute lightly.
  4. Add the tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder and fry for some time.
  5. Add the meat, raddish and coconut.
  6. Mix well and continue frying for some time till the oil separates from the mixture
  7. Add salt and 2 or 3 cups of water and cook till done.
  8. Serve.
