
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef or Mutton
• 3 – radishes, chopped
• 2 – onions, chopped finely
• 1 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 3 tbsp – Coconut paste
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Scrape and cut the potato into medium size pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan or a pressure cooker and fry the onions well.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and saute lightly.
- Add the tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder and fry for some time.
- Add the meat, raddish and coconut.
- Mix well and continue frying for some time till the oil separates from the mixture
- Add salt and 2 or 3 cups of water and cook till done.
- Serve.
