Ingredients:
• 1.5 pounds – lean ground Meat
• 3 – 4 cups grated, par-boiled root vegetables
• Mix together:
• 3/4 cups – Besan
• 1 tbsp – ground coriander
• 1 tsp – ground chilli
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – ground cumin
• Grind for wet masala:
• 1 small Onion
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 2-3 Cloves of Garlic
Method:
- Mix wet masala with the meat mixture. Then add the dry masala.
- Shape into flattened oblongs and bake for 20 minutes at 375 F.
- Serve with coriander raita.
