Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Meat
• 1/2 kg – string beans, cut into one inch pieces
• 2 – onions, chopped finely
• 3 – tomatoes, pureed
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – Coconut paste
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan or a pressure cooker and fry the onions well.
  2. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute lightly.
  3. Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder and fry for some time.
  4. Add the meat and the beans.
  5. Mix well and continue frying for some time till the oil separates from the mixture.
  6. Add salt, coconut paste and 2 cups of water.
  7. Cook till done.
  8. Serve.
