
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Meat
• 1/2 kg – string beans, cut into one inch pieces
• 2 – onions, chopped finely
• 3 – tomatoes, pureed
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – Coconut paste
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan or a pressure cooker and fry the onions well.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and saute lightly.
- Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder and fry for some time.
- Add the meat and the beans.
- Mix well and continue frying for some time till the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add salt, coconut paste and 2 cups of water.
- Cook till done.
- Serve.
