Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – lean lamb mince
• 1 – onion, minced
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 – green chillies, minced
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – sesame seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Oregano

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except sesame seeds and oregano.
  2. Shape into patties of your own choice.
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds and oregano on it.
  4. Pre-heat grill or broiler.
  5. Grill the patties on medium flame (both the sides).
  6. Serve with shredded lettuce leaves and raw vegetables.
