Ingredients:

• 3 cups – rice, washed
• 450 g – minced Meat
• 4.5 cups – water
• 7 tbsp – oil
• 5 – medium carrots, grinded
• 3 – green peppers, grinded
• 6 cubes – Maggi Chicken stock cubes
• 1 pinch – each of white pepper, Cinnamon and black pepper

Method:

  1. Wash rice, soak for 15 mins and drain.
  2. Fry minced meat in oil, add carrots, peppers and spices, while stirring.
  3. Add rice and mix with meat, carrots and peppers.
  4. Dissolve maggi chicken stock in 3 cups of boiling water and add to the rice and meat dish, stirring well.
  5. Add the remaining quantity of water and simmer until cooked.
