
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – rice, washed
• 450 g – minced Meat
• 4.5 cups – water
• 7 tbsp – oil
• 5 – medium carrots, grinded
• 3 – green peppers, grinded
• 6 cubes – Maggi Chicken stock cubes
• 1 pinch – each of white pepper, Cinnamon and black pepper
Method:
- Wash rice, soak for 15 mins and drain.
- Fry minced meat in oil, add carrots, peppers and spices, while stirring.
- Add rice and mix with meat, carrots and peppers.
- Dissolve maggi chicken stock in 3 cups of boiling water and add to the rice and meat dish, stirring well.
- Add the remaining quantity of water and simmer until cooked.
