Ingredients:

• Rice- 1 cup
• Poha – 1/2 cup
• Rice flour- 1 tbsp
• Maida-1 tbsp
• semolina – 1 tbsp
• A pinch of baking soda
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak rice and poha in water for 3 hours.
  2. Drain and grind to make a smooth batter.
  3. Add rice flour, maida and semolina to the batter and mix well.
  4. Add a pinch of baking soda and salt to taste. Let it rest overnight.
  5. Heat the tawa and pour small, palm-sized dosas. Do not spread. Cook both sides till done.
  6. Serve with chutney or honey.
