
Ingredients:
• 100 g – Paneer
• 2 cups – melon (honey dew or cantaloupe), peeled and cubed
• 2 cups – papaya, peeled and cubed
• 1 cup – mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup – Celery stalks, chopped
• few drops Green chilli sauce
• salt, pepper and Sugar to taste
• 4 tbsp – parsley, chopped
Method:
- Crumble the paneer and blend with mayonnaise, chilli sauce, salt, pepper and sugar in a mixer.
- Combine melon, papaya, celery and parsley together.
- Mix with the paneer mayonnaise dressing.
- Serve chilled.
