
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Buttermilk
• Salt to taste
• For Seasoning:
• Turmeric – A pinch
• Methi seeds – 1/4 tsp
• Mustard – 1/2 tsp
• Jeera – 1/4 tsp
• Oil for seasoning
• Curry leaves and Coriander seeds
Method:
- Add salt to buttermilk. Toast seasoning in hot oil and mix with buttermilk.
- This goes well with plain dal and rice.
