
Ingredients:
• One bunch fresh Methi leaves
• One cup gram (channa) flour
• 1/4 tsp Garlic, crushed
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Add half cup water to gram flour. Add methi, garlic and salt to taste, and make a thick batter.
- Drop batter into hot oil with a spoon and deep fry till done.
