Ingredients:

• 400 g – minced Mutton
• 100 g – Sambar Onions
• 1 bunch – Methi leaves
• 3 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1.5 tbsp – Jeera powder
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean methi leaves after removing from stem.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  3. Add cleaned minced meat and sambar onions and saute well.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and salt and mix well.
  5. Now add methi leaves.
  6. Add water and pressure cook for 15 minutes until mutton is done.
