
Ingredients:
• 400 g – minced Mutton
• 100 g – Sambar Onions
• 1 bunch – Methi leaves
• 3 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1.5 tbsp – Jeera powder
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean methi leaves after removing from stem.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
- Add cleaned minced meat and sambar onions and saute well.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and salt and mix well.
- Now add methi leaves.
- Add water and pressure cook for 15 minutes until mutton is done.
