Ingredients:

• 4 cups Wheat flour
• 2 cups Bajra flour
• 2 cups Methi (fenugreek) leaves, chopped
• 2 green chillies, finely chopped
• 2 onions, finely chopped
• 2 tsp. kasuri Methi
• 1 tbsp. coriander powder
• 2 tbsp. dried Lime powder
• 2 tsp. Red Chilli powder
• 2 level tsp. salt
• Water
• Oil or Ghee

Method:

  1. Sift together the wheat and bajra flour in a bowl.
  2. Add methi, salt, coriander powder, dried lime powder, red chilli powder, kasuri methi, chopped onions and green chillies.
  3. Add enough water to knead to a smooth dough.
  4. Set aside for 30 mins.
  5. Divide the dough into 20 small balls and roll into round chapatti shapes.
  6. Shallow fry methi rotis like parathas. Serve hot.
