
Ingredients:
• 250 gms – Whole Wheat flour
• 2 cups – chopped Fenugreek leaves
• 2 tbsp – Dry Fenugreek leaves
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Oil
Method:
- Knead all ingredients with water into a pliable dough, keep aside for 30 mins.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal size balls.
- If making rotis, roll each out into 6 inch diameter discs and cook on a hot griddle till light brown on both sides.
