Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Onion (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger (chopped)
• 1 pod – Garlic (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin (jeera)
• Salt
• 3/4 cup – Frozen peas
• 1 cup – Methi leaves
• Kasuri Methi crushed (optional, a few strands)
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• 1/2 cup – Cream or malai
• Spice powders:
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Kitchen king masala
• 1/4 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander powder

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and temper jeera.
  2. Add onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli and saute until onions turn golden brown and add salt.
  3. Add fresh methi leaves.
  4. Saute for couple of minutes till it shrinks.
  5. Add frozen peas, spice powders, curd and saute for a minute.
  6. Add cream.
  7. Bring the mixture to boil.
  8. Add little water to desired consistency.
  9. Simmer for 2-3 minutes and garnish with kasuri methi.
  10. Serve it with naans or roti.
