
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – boiled Rice
• 1 tbsp – Methi seeds
• salt to taste
Method:
- Soak rice and methi seeds together. After 5 hours, grind well. Add salt to taste.
- Keep aside for 8 hours.
- Make idlis in idli mould.
- Serve with onion sambar.
- Good breakfast for diabetic patients
