Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Cashewnuts
• 1 cup – Peanuts
• 10 Almonds
• 5 Walnuts
• 1/2 cup – Raisins (soaked for 3 hours in water)
• 8 dried apricots, seeded (soaked for 3 hours in water)
• 1 tbsp – Honey
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger juice
• a little milk, if required

Method:

  1. Drain all dry fruit.
  2. Heat ghee. Add all the nuts and dry fruits.
  3. Stir fry till coated with ghee and pink in colour, sprinkling milk if needed.
  4. Add honey, lemon and ginger juice.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
