Ingredients:

• 1/2 pound -ground Meat
• 16 ounce can – refried beans
• 1 cup- salsa (your choice)
• 1/2 bunch – green Onions
• 8 oz. -shredded cheddar cheese
• 2-black olives, chopped
• 2-small piece of bell pepper, chopped
• 1 pack -or 10 pieces of tortillas
• 1 cup -oil (add more oil when needed)
• 1 -green chilli, chopped

Method:

  1. Put oil in the large skillet. Take one tortilla and fry until golden brown and crispy, do same with other tortillas and keep on side.
  2. Cook the ground meat, drain the fat and when it cools down, crumble it with your fingers or by the spoon.
  3. Take one fried tortilla on the dish and spread some refried bean by spoon then sprinkle some meat.
  4. Now take other tortilla and put it on the bean-meat tortilla to make layer.
  5. Then spread some salsa on it, sprinkle some cheddar cheese on it, sprinkle some green onions and put some olive pieces, some bell peppers pieces and chilli.
  6. Put that dish in the microwave and heat on high for 4 mins
  7. Cut into four pieces and serve.
