
Ingredients:
• 2 – medium ripe Tomatoes
• 1 – medium red Onion
• 1 – jalapeno or hot pepper
• 2 tbsp – chopped Cilantro
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper
• 1/4 tsp – cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 cup – Tomato ketchup
• 4 tbsp – Mexican hot sauce
• A pinch of Oregano
Method:
- Chop the tomatoes, onions and hot pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve with quesadilla or corn chips with the salsa.
