Ingredients:

• Chhena from 2 litres Milk
• Brown sugar – 1 cup
• Skimmed Milk powder – 1.5 cups
• Elaichi powder from 3/4 pods
• Unsalted Butter or Ghee – 1.5 tbsp

Method:

  1. Melt sugar in less than 1/2 cup of water in microwave.
  2. Cook chhena with it on stove in medium heat until a bit dry.
  3. Add ghee, stir and add skimmed milk powder slowly.
  4. When it becomes sticky, take down from stove, put in the food processor with elaichi powder and knead.
  5. Then take 1 tbsp of the dough and shape it.
