Ingredients:
• Chhena from 2 litres Milk
• Brown sugar – 1 cup
• Skimmed Milk powder – 1.5 cups
• Elaichi powder from 3/4 pods
• Unsalted Butter or Ghee – 1.5 tbsp
Method:
- Melt sugar in less than 1/2 cup of water in microwave.
- Cook chhena with it on stove in medium heat until a bit dry.
- Add ghee, stir and add skimmed milk powder slowly.
- When it becomes sticky, take down from stove, put in the food processor with elaichi powder and knead.
- Then take 1 tbsp of the dough and shape it.
