
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg -Ladies finger,
• 2 tbsp -dhania powder
• 2 tomatoes,
• 1 tbsp- Jeera powder
• curry leaves,
• 1/2 tsp- Garam Masala powder
• pinch of Haldi
• 2 tsp -chilli powder
• one big Onion
• salt,
• 1/2 tsp- sugar,
• one tsp -oil
• for garnishing half onion, and Coriander leaves
Method:
- Chop the onion in to thin slices, place in a bowl. Add dhania powder, jeera powder, haldi, chilli powder, garam masala powder, haldi, salt and sugar.
- Add one tbsp of oil to it, mix well and keep aside. Cut the ladyfinger lengthwise (one inch pieces).
- Add 2 tbsp of oil in a big kadai, fry the ladyfinger, add a little bit of amchur powder or tamarind powder, fry well, take out and keep it aside.
- In the same kadai, add the onions and fry for 2 mins, add finely chopped tomatoes and fry. Mix the bhendi to it, mix well and add salt.
- Transfer the whole mix to a microwavable dish, and microwave for about 1 to 2 mins.
- Take out and garnish with onion rings and coriander leaves. Serve either with chapathi, poori or with white rice.
