Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg Carrot
• 3-4 cups Milk
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 cup – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp – almonds, Cashew nuts and Pistachio nuts, grated
• Silver foil

Method:

  1. Cut carrots into one inch pieces.
  2. Grind them in the blender with milk.
  3. Cook them in the pressure cooker until they are soft.
  4. Transfer into a microwavable container.
  5. Add sugar, ghee and cardamom powder.
  6. Microwave the contents for about 15 to 20 mins or until the ghee seperates on the sides of the container.
  7. Stir every 5 mins
  8. Sprinkle grated almonds, cashew nuts and pistachio nuts.
  9. Garnish with silver foil.
