Ingredients:

• 2 cup – grated Coconut
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Coarsely grind the coconut with milk.
  2. Add sugar, stir till almost dissolved. Add cardamom.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a microwavable bowl
  4. Without cover, heat on full power for 8-10 mins, stirring often
  5. Take it out and beat till it becomes a thick lump (over beating will cause the mixture to crumble)
  6. Pour on greased surface. Flatten with the back of a greased katori. Cool and cut into pieces
