Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Desiccated Coconut
• 1 cup – Sweetened condensed Milk
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/4 cup – Pineapple (fresh and chopped finely)
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• A few Almond flakes.
Method:
- Heat the ghee and the finely chopped pineapple chunks in a microwave safe bowl on high for 2 mins.
- Now add the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk and cardamom powder to the pineapple chunks and cook on high for 5-7 mins until tender.
- Let it cool.
- Mix it together into a dough.
- Then divide it into small portions and roll them out as laddoos.
- Decorate with almond flakes and store them in an air tight container.
