
Ingredients:
• 100 g – Paneer
• 1/2 cup – Thick curds
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger/Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Kasoori Methi
• 1/2 tsp – Amchur Powder
• 1 tsp – Oil
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Add all the about ingredients along with paneer and soak for 2 hours. Cook in the microwave power level 100 for 3 mins.
- Serve hot.
