Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Pistachios (blanched and grounded)
• 1/2 cup – Ricotta cheese
• 1/4 cup – Milk powder
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• A few Pistachio flakes.
Method:
- Mix the ground pistachios, ricotta cheese, milk powder, sugar in a microwave safe bowl.
- Now microwave the mixture in the oven on high for 10 minutes (stir twice in between).
- Keep aside and let it cool.
- Now make medium sized pedas and garnish them with some pistachio flakes.
- Store in an airtight container.
