Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Pistachios (blanched and grounded)
• 1/2 cup – Ricotta cheese
• 1/4 cup – Milk powder
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• A few Pistachio flakes.

Method:

  1. Mix the ground pistachios, ricotta cheese, milk powder, sugar in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Now microwave the mixture in the oven on high for 10 minutes (stir twice in between).
  3. Keep aside and let it cool.
  4. Now make medium sized pedas and garnish them with some pistachio flakes.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
