Ingredients:

• 2- Potatoes
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Oil
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander leaves (chopped)
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and cook with a cup of water and salt in a microwave bowl for 5 minutes.
  2. Then drain the water and mash the potatoes slightly.
  3. Now heat the oil in a microwave bowl for 1 minute on high and add the mustard seeds and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Now add the slightly mashed potatoes to the bowl with the red chilli powder and stir well.
  5. Mix everything and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove the bowl and add the yoghurt, chopped coriander leaves and salt.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Serve as a raitha with pulao.
