
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – washed Rice
• 4-cups – water
• Oil as required
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 cup – peas or any other vegetable
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cook rice and water on high flame, uncovered, for 20-minutes. Cover it for 5-minutes before serving.
- For pulav:
- Heat oil in a dish, fry jeera, onion, add peas or any other vegetable, add rice, salt and water.
- Mix it and continue to cook in microwave till done.
