Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Cooked Channa
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Oil.
Method:
- Pat dry the cooked channa with a paper towel and add them to a bowl.
- Now add the red chilli powder, enough salt and oil to the channa and mix well.
- Let it marinate for a few minutes.
- Then arrange the marinated channa in a single layer in a microwave plate and heat it on high temperature for 5 -10 minutes or until it’s cooked.
