
Ingredients:
• 1 – carrot, finely chopped
• 100 g – beans, finely chopped
• 50 g – peas
• 4 cups – idli batter
• 1 tsp – oil
• salt to taste
• a little – Hing
• mustard
• green chillies, finely chopped
• 5 or 6 – small glass bowls
Method:
- In a glass bowl microwave 1 tsp oil for 2 mins on high – uncovered.
- Add hing, mustard, green chillies and microwave uncovered for 1 min.
- Add all the chopped vegetables and micro high covered for 2 mins.
- Add salt and mix this with batter.
- Grease the small glass bowls with some oil.
- Pour 2- 3 tbsp mixture into the each bowl.
- Microwave high covered with paper napkin for 4 mins.
- Let them stand for 5 mins.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
