
Ingredients:
• 4 – pizza base
• 125 g – Chicken
• 100 ml – Tomato sauce
• 3 – onions, big
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 3 – Capsicum
• 20 g – cheese
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• oil
Method:
- Boil the chicken in water with pepper and oil. Cut into small bits.
- Cut or shred the vegetables into desired size and shape.
- Spread tomato sauce on the harder surface of the pizza base.
- Add onions, capsicum and tomato. Place the chicken pieces over it.
- Top with onions, capsicum, tomato and grated cheese.
- Cook in a microwave/oven for 3-5 minutes.
