Ingredients:

• 4 – pizza base
• 125 g – Chicken
• 100 ml – Tomato sauce
• 3 – onions, big
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 3 – Capsicum
• 20 g – cheese
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• oil

Method:

  1. Boil the chicken in water with pepper and oil. Cut into small bits.
  2. Cut or shred the vegetables into desired size and shape.
  3. Spread tomato sauce on the harder surface of the pizza base.
  4. Add onions, capsicum and tomato. Place the chicken pieces over it.
  5. Top with onions, capsicum, tomato and grated cheese.
  6. Cook in a microwave/oven for 3-5 minutes.
